Meet intergenerational volunteer teams from four communities successfully partnering with their city governments to adopt and implement energy and climate resilience action plans to reduce CO2 emissions by 80% or more. Work in small groups to create an asset map for your community to build effective and lasting partnerships with your city and county.


Sean Gosiewski

Sean Gosiewski, Executive Director of the Alliance for Sustainability, has 30 years of experience bringing community leaders together to envision and build sustainable communities, as well as providing hands-on tools and training to build community, health, wealth and local resilience. He holds a Master’s in Divinity from the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley. Sean is currently supporting Resilient Cities Clusters of 50 urban and suburban cities in the Twin Cities to design and implement climate resilience plans to meet a Minnesota State goal to reduce CO2 economy wide 80% by 2050, with teams of city staff, City Council members, and youth and adult volunteers.
